"I think that in the Charante region, not enough effort is made to accomadate the needs of disabled people. For example, the nearest town with adapted busses is Bordeaux. In France generally the pavements are often too narrow as in the Rue St. Catherine. Steps are too high to get up but more and more shops are now putting ramps in place.

The 2012 Olympic Games. Really, TB has played some dirty trick here. After what happened the night before Paris should have got it. On the eve of the vote, TB invited each member of the IOC for a cosy little chat. Who knows what went on. Shame no one wants to open this can of worms.
